Landlords
Let us help you let your property quickly, minimise vacancies and maxmise your return. No matter what level of experience you have, We can work with you to offer you a variety of services to suit your objectives
- Full Management Service - giving you complete peace of mind - only 10% per month management Fee and No VAT!
- Introduction Only - Let us find the right Tenant for you, fully reference them, including inventory, and check them in, while you take over the management - Our fee is 40% of first months gross rent (one off arrangement fee per tenancy minimum fee £250).
Our mission is to offer a personal service dedicated to the rental market, our landlords should expect
the best possible return on their investment. Above all, our landlords will know their property is in safe hands
and we make a point of looking after each property as if it were our own
Tenants
We work with Landlords to provide quality properties for quality tenants. Properties are handed over with an Information pack, Gas Certificate and Electrical Safety Test.
